Do Nothing.

Do Nothing.

Find time to sit. Find moments that you can reclaim. Look to the sky, the forest, and the field.

Locate what you feel. Notice where you feel it in your body. Let go of the thoughts, the layers of meaning, and allow what you’re holding to rise.

To make itself known.

Leave space for the unknown. For the shape of what you sense exists, but is not yet fully formed or understood. It is good to recognise what we do not understand. To cultivate a healthy relationship with the limitations of our knowledge. To have conversations with what we are yet to become.

We do too much. We need to find time to do less. To embrace a radical acceptance that the answers are often growing in the spaces we rush to fill.

Come and learn more about embodied methodologies of wisdom at my next Full Moon Meditation Workshop at Hitchin Lavender on Friday 1st of May at 8:30pm.

Sit and do nothing with us.

Meditate under the full moon. Learn how the answers are often already inside us when we stop, listen, and allow your inner voice to make itself known.
