Join us for outdoor meditation workshops in the tranquil and beautiful setting of Hitchin Lavender. In these workshops we will teach you how to meditate and aid you to relax, embrace positivity and reduce stress.
In each meditation workshop we will explore various visualisations, meditations and exercises that will help you to effectively control stress and anxiety and reduce anger and fear through meditation. Enabling you to embolden the truth you hold within. You will learn how to sustain your meditation practice. Aiding you to refocus on your life and the path you wish to walk. Each workshop is experiential and based on the needs of the group.
The Meditation Workshops at Hitchin Lavender are suitable for all levels of experience.
John Harrigan is the founder at FoolishPeople.org. John has extensive experience facilitating meditation, art and wellbeing workshops, including at the Royal College of Art, Institute of Contemporary Arts, Wilderness Festival, Royal Central School of Drama and the BBC amongst others.

Book your place to attend a weekly meditation class at Hitchin Lavender on Saturdays from 9am to 10am. Date of your choice.
Once you have booked we will contact you to confirm the date you wish to attend.If you book two spaces for yourself and a guest on a particular Saturday, the third place is free, which means you can invite or gift a place to someone you feel will benefit from learning to meditate.
