Meditation Class at Hitchin Lavender
Join us for an outdoor meditation class in the tranquil and beautiful setting of Hitchin Lavender. This hour long class will teach you how to meditate and aid you to relax, embrace positivity and reduce stress. A perfect start to the weekend.
Join us for an outdoor meditation workshop in the tranquil setting of Hitchin Lavender.
These sessions approach meditation as an embodied practice of attention: a way of slowing down, listening more deeply, and creating space for reflection, steadiness and reorientation. Working in direct relation to landscape, atmosphere and the needs of the group, the workshops invite participants into a more conscious relationship with breath, thought, feeling and imagination.
Rather than offering meditation simply as relaxation, these sessions explore how practice can reshape the way we meet stress, uncertainty and inner noise. Through guided meditations, visualisations and reflective exercises, participants are supported to develop greater calm, clarity and presence, while also strengthening their capacity to stay with what matters.
Each workshop is experiential and responsive to the group. Some sessions may be more restorative, others more reflective, but all are grounded in the belief that meditation can help us come into a more truthful and sustainable relationship with ourselves, our attention and the lives we are living.
The Meditation Workshops at Hitchin Lavender are suitable for all levels of experience, whether you are completely new to meditation or looking to deepen an existing practice.
