Heart Wound
Join me this Saturday on the 29th of August at 8:30pm at Hitchin Lavender for what is likely to be the final Full Moon Meditation Workshop of 2026. ๐
This year has been unique and painful and wondrous. It has left me changed, and the process of renewal is still ongoing.
I started a PhD and found deeper, more profound trajectories in my life and in my practice. Astonishingly powerful revelations have been offered to me. Some so clean and simple that they have left me awestruck at how often wisdom resides in our connection to the simplest things.
I have found that when the heart is wounded it hangs somewhere between our connection to sacred truth and the lived reality of our lives.
I have met incredible people during this yearโs season at Hitchin Lavender, and I have found that the way I facilitate has also adapted and deepened. There is an ease and an acceptance that wasnโt there before.
I am sure many of you have also had a deeply strange and transformative year. Like me, you might still be in the midst of a journey where the destination remains just out of sight.
This Saturday, join me for our Full Moon Meditation Workshop. We will sit together in reflection and open ourselves to insight, answers and embodied connection beneath the light of the moon.
Perhaps we donโt always need to see the destination. For this moment, it is enough to become still and listen: to where we are, to what we have left behind, and to what might be waiting just over the horizon.
I hope you can join me. ๐
