These sessions are suitable for beginners, artists and anyone seeking a more grounded relationship with thought, feeling and daily life. They are practical, welcoming and rooted in lived experience rather than ideology.

Whether in the lavender fields, under the full moon, or in quieter indoor settings, the aim is the same: to create conditions in which people can slow down, listen more carefully, and return to themselves with greater clarity.
