A Place To Breathe

A Place To Breathe

Saturday Morning Meditation returns to Hitchin Lavender, beginning NEXT Saturday, the 24th of May.

To be back in the landscape of Hitchin Lavender is a homecoming. There is something in the air there. A quiet, a clarity that calls us back to ourselves. Beneath the open skies, among the first signs of bloom, we gather to sit in stillness, to breathe, and to remember. Each year, I am deeply grateful to Tim and Noel for their generosity and support in welcoming us back before the fields open to the public.

These sessions have become a quiet tradition. An anchor point in the turning of the year, and it means a great deal to be returning once more.

Hitchin Lavender opens its gates to the wider public on June 28th, but for now, in the hush before the season begins, we are invited to share in the peace of the land, before the full bloom and bustle of summer arrive.

Bring yourself. As you are. No experience is needed. Just a willingness to pause, to sit, and to listen, to the breath, to the land, and to the silence between things.

If you’ve been waiting for a moment to return to stillness, this is your invitation.

Love
